If your item is damaged or lost in transit, we cannot compensate.
If your delivery address falls under the following, we will charge you an additional shipping charge at a later date:
- Remote areas (away from urban areas) : 4,900 JPY
- Elevated risk areas (Wars, civil unrest etc.) : 6,300 JPY
We will send an email to the applicable customer with instructions on how to pay for the additional shipping.
